Daisy works hands-on with the tissue of your body, in particular the fascia, also known as connective tissue. The idea is to make you more comfortable with your body and more aligned with it, therefore more in tune with what is happening in it. Gill Conway is able to restore the balance in your body, mind and spirit and she does this with Holistic Therapy. All therapies will work on your physical, physiological, mental and emotional levels bringing healing and well being as energy and health are restored. Karen has studied sound therapy with Tom Kenyon in America and with indigenous Tibetan and Nepali teachers. She is currently a student of the British Academy of Sound Therapy near Brighton and is also working towards a Diploma/MA in Transpersonal Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education in London. An established Reiki Master/Teacher and Karuna Reiki Master, she offers regular therapy sessions at the Daisy Centre and will be teaching several courses at the Centre this year.

Judith is a fully qualified hypnotherapist, having trained for a Diploma in Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy (DHP, a Hypnotherapy Practitioner's Diploma (HPD) and Diploma in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy for Hypnotherapists (SFBTH) at Clifton Practice.
She has also trained as a bereavement counsellor with CRUSE and has done additional training in Smoking Cessation, Weight Management and Past Life Regressions. Her particular specialty is Cascading Change, a technique that identifies and removes blockages and utilises strengths in order to empower individuals and enable them to achieve their goals.
